Purchasing
To make a purchase from our web site, all you need to do is browse our shop and then add the goods you require to the shopping cart. You can then purchase the items, via credit card & Paypal

Order processing time
Once you have purchased your items, Your goods will be dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment.  Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from date of cleared payment.  Any delays will be notified of by email and / or telephone.
If your is of a pre-order nature you item this will be dispatched within 24 hours upon delivery to us.

Returns

We supply a 7 day money back guarantee on unused, sealed and new resalable with all manuals and accessories from the date you receive your goods. return postage for unwanted items is at your expense.

If any item(s) arrives faulty or damaged,you will be able to return it to us please get in contact within 48hours.
We can not refund any item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and or accessories.
Once you have opened, inspected, used and decided to keep the item, you have then accepted the item is fit for purpose as advertised under the distance selling regulations.


Warranty

There is a 30 day warrenty on all products that we sell

In the event a warranty claim is made we will collect, repair and return the item(s) free of charge.
In the event of a warranty claim,please use the online returns form

In the event of an item(s) returned to us is not faulty for example; battery not charged, incorrect ammo used etc, we will return the item to your address.

We do not warranty any item(s) sold on a no warranty basis, clearance line unless otherwise specified, these items are clearly marked on the website.
